The Business

Huntley's food hall is cram packed full of the best quality local produce, much of it sourced from the farm itself or as close as possible from the surrounding area.

Seasonal produce is available throughout the year and a partnership with award winning growers, Wareing's of Tarleton, means that you'll regularly find locally grown produce that's out of the field and on to the shelf within hours of harvesting.

The on-site butchery sells local lamb, Huntleys own top quality beef and, alongside their own reared Old Spot pork, they also sell free-range pork supplied by Anna’s Happy Trotters. Whatever you're looking for, be it a Sunday roasting joint or a succulent steak for the BBQ, Huntleys butchers has an enoromous range to choose from: stir frys, burgers, sausages and kebabs, right through to seasonal game. All this plus the expert advice on how best to cook it.

Huntleys also has its very own bakery where they produce an amazing variety of bread, cakes and pies. The specialist on-site team, led by fourth generation baker, Mark Hanson, pride themselves on producing the freshest, best quality produce for miles around, using no artificial flavourings, additives or preservatives.

With a wide variety of regional Lancashire cheeses on offer as well as a selection of the best European, artisan and speciality ones to choose from, the Huntleys cheese counter is a delight to behold. The staff are able to advise on anything from finding you a cheese for the tastiest snack to a selection for the most sophisticated cheese board.

And if all of this fantastic choice of ingredients is too much for you one day and all you want to do is to go home and relax with a nice ready prepared meal, then Huntleys can take care of this too.
