An award winning, independent butchers in the picturesque market town of Kirkby Lonsdale.
Dales Butchers firmly believe that the sign of quality cannot be bought and, therefore, their reputation for quality relies entirely on customer satisfaction. Sourcing all of their meat from local farms, Dales are eager to promote great quality produce with low food miles and contribute to the sustainability of the local area.
The majority of the meat at Dales is selected from rare breeds or from breeds renowned for the fullest flavour and best texture. As well as top quality beef, lamb, pork and poultry, they also supply delicious rose veal, from nearby Heaves Farm.
