The Business
Top quality, speciality sausages have been made at Cowman's for over 50 years.
One of the first butchers in the country to start turning out different variations of the great British banger, a member of the famed 'Ribble Valley Food Trail', they now make more than 75 different varieties and have won multiple awards for their efforts.
Using quality, outdoor reared pork, sourced from a local farm, a Cowmans sausage always contains more than the minimum requirement of meat (never less than 75%) and never any added fat.
Varieties include:
Special Pork - Nicely spiced with ginger
Sweet & Sour Pork - Tasty with pineapple
Pork & Fennel - A hint of fennel
Pork & Fresh Chilli - Hot fresh chilli but not Vindaloo
