The Business

Already successful with their outlet in the picturesque town of Kirkby Lonsdale, Dales Butchers have now brought their award winning pies and sausages to the people of Blackburn and set up shop at the new Blackburn Market.

Originally from the area, owner, Mark Duckworth, felt that the opportunity to have another outlet in Blackburn was just like one of his incredible pies, too good to turn down.

Amongst the massive variety of sausages are the award winning: Lamb & Apricot, Pork & Caramel, and Pork & Haggis.

Dales also make their own black puddings, including a traditional spanish type called Morcilla Dulce, this has the addition of almonds and raisins, and has proved to be a favourite for many.

Mark's award winning pies are just as popular and varied as the rest of his produce, choose from: Pork and Apricot, Pork and Mr Vikki's Chilli Jam, and Pork and Black Pudding, to name but a few.

WIN £10 of SPECIALITY SAUSAGE: Suggest a sausage flavour. The winning sausage will be on special offer at £6.98/kg for the month and 50p will be donated to a charity of the winners choice for every kilo of sausage sold.
