The Business
A return to the good old days; our cows are born and reared on the farm, happy to roam free on lush, Lancashire pastures. At a time when almost all modern dairy herds are housed 365 days a year and fed supplements, ours are outdoors enjoying a natural diet of rye grasses and white clover.
The result is a high quality, rich and creamy milk that's naturally produced and far more friendly to the environment.
