The Business
The Borough is situated right in the centre of Lancaster in historic Dalton Square. A grand building with listed oak and exterior with beautiful stained glass paneling, we have endeavored to return The Borough to its once former glory.
At the core of our business is our promise to you to serve local produce and wherever possible purchase from local suppliers directly. We serve Michelin recommended food all day, every day and compliment this with fantastic offers.
